Helsinki area is kind buzzing, considered one of the best places in the world to live. It's safe and so you can go out a lot. But really, everywhere you live, it is about the people and having friends. In Helsinki, join the Jolly Dragon, you'll find friends in their events.

If it's a boring experience it's you that makes it boring. Finland's landscape can be breathtaking. Take a camera, and document the changing seasons. Finland's weather can be pretty harsh but it can make for amazing photos. Also, the Finnish know how to drink. A favourite thing for young people is to empty a packet of Fisherman's Friends into a bottle of vodka, shake for 15 mins and drink. It's actually quite a refreshing drink that makes the vodka very drinkable. It may not have a big population but the Finnish can be very warm and charismatic, not unlike the Swedes accross the water.

Finland is never boring, not even in the countryside! You just have to bother look around yourself while you are here and look for activites because there are many!
