Hi i live in finland but i don't speak finnish and i'm interested in getting a degree in information technology ,but i don't think that i can get it here in finland seeing that i don't speak finnish so my best bet is an online universities. Do you guys know of any international online univerities that i can enroll with and start a degree program of my choice online ,also do you know of any online universities that don't require you to be a u.s or canadian citizen to enroll in there online degree program? thanking you guys in advance . sphinx.
