It's hard to write about something that you know nothing about. I would think to write about living in Finland; you would have to at least been there. Unless this is homework. Then, you must find out about the subject before you can write about it.
2 :
You can write about the weather, food, schools, driving, hobbies etc. This all depends on your age and are you supposed to write about living in Finland in general, or about you living here.
