It depends what you are looking for. I lived for a few months in Helsinki and loved it. It's the capital city, but isn't too crowded or crazy.

Any of the cities e.g. Helsinki, Tampere, Turku, Oulu, etc. I live in Oulu and I am completely happy to be here! I also love the Finnish countryside very much but there are not so many jobs/shopping possibilities available.
