Nationality is where you live. Ethnicity is your families culture. I think ethnicity is disappearing in our multi cultural society. It used to be that children of first generation immigrants were bilingual with their parents native language, ate and cooked the foods of their parents home country, followed the rituals, etc. Those aspects of culture seem to be history. Bilingual children are rare and everybody eats everybody elses foods
