I live in finland it has been raining a lot recently and i live in a 10th floor. They are very little i think they have antennas and they also fly or jump i ran when it did that so i don't really know i have only seen 2 but there might be more please help. I want to get rid of them.

Try some normal bug spray and see if that takes care of your problem. If that does not do the trick then they could be bed bugs. If so they are very hard to get rid of... that it is impossible to get rid of on your own. You will have to call an exterminator who specializes in getting rid of bed bugs who then use some kind of liquid nitrogen to freeze them.

There are three possibilities, all depending on how big they are. (P=possibility ~ S=solution) P1) If they are very tiny, looking like moving black dots, yet still easily visible, then they are most likely fleas. S1) Spread flea medicine for dogs around the area. P2) If they are medium, being easily visible with legs and antennae, they are probably flying roaches. S2) Call an exterminator. P3) If they are tiny, not easily visible, and roam/jump/travel in a group or 'nest' then you could consider the possibility of free-roaming crabs. S3) Don't use your bathroom, check yourself, move immediately/sue whomever owns the building if you get them. P4) It could be none of these. S4) Use bug spray. Solution for all) In any of these scenarios, the only way you can find out for sure is to catch some in a bottle, take them to a vet and say you found them on your dog. They'll do an analysis to find out what they are.

Bed bugs do not jump or fly and they are very small to see. It is impossible to tell what type of insect they are based upon the description, Use an insect spray and if that does not help have your landlord call an exterminator if you are renting the apartment

I HAVE THE TINE BUG IN THE BATHROOM .COMEN SENCE TELL ME THAY ARE PAPER BUGS THAT COME IN THE TOLET PAPER. TAKE THE PAPER AND FLUSH.
