my husband lives in Finland and i live in miami, i started the process to bring him but im thinking that maybe it would be a good idea to live in finland for a couple of years, they have really good benefits if i was to have kids....i dont know what to do?

Where is your heart at? Do you think you could survive or do you know what would your second option would be if somehow you and your husband's relationship didn't work out in Finland? Is this a legitimate husband, or a foreign friend met online? Have you done research on the culture and society in Finland? This is a big evaluation to be made, and frankly, no one here on this site knows your situation financially, emotionally, and socially.

Standard of living between US and Finland is nearly equal......US is about 10th world standing (and falling) while Finland remains steady at 13. It's a different culture, mindset, etc between the two. Which one of you can adapt more easily, get a job more easily?

Finland is the best place to raise kids, but the lving cost is sky-high. You'll have to be willing to live simply.
