you need a passport and a work visa to work in a different country (i'm guessing you live elsewhere) if you get a passport and visa, be sure that you dont overstay your visa.

If you have Finish citizenship then you also have EU citizenship. As an EU citizen you can live and work in the UK legally. For the USA you have to first apply for visa work permit etc.
