In which EU/EEA country is it easier to get permanent residence

In which EU/EEA country is it easier to get permanent residence?
I am a Canadian citizen currently living in Finland. Is it possible to include time while studies? If you can, please list sources.

Rule is same for all EU countries. Five years of residence then u get permanent residence status & then three to five years living on PR u get eligible for citizenship. Edited after new info: No, time studied is not counted towards it. The time counted when u are in full time employment paying TAXES. But ya if u get married with EU citizen & live in his/her country of nationality then things will be entirely different for you.
